Bay State Habilitation is seeking to provides high-quality, community-based residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Massachusetts. Our goal is to help individuals build independence, foster meaningful relationships, and live fulfilling lives within their communities.

Bay State Habilitation is a developing provider organization based in Massachusetts focused on creating small, community-based homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our goal is to build high-quality residential programs that prioritize individualized care, safety, and inclusion. Each home will be thoughtfully designed to meet DDS standards while providing residents with the structure and support they need to thrive in their communities.
We are currently preparing for licensure and vendor approval with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services and hope to begin operations in 2026.
Our Vision
We are preparing to open our first homes in 2026.
Our goal is to partner closely with DDS and local providers to expand access to quality residential habilitation options across eastern Massachusetts.
We welcome collaboration with organizations seeking continuity of care for existing homes or looking for responsible, mission-aligned operators.
